The focus for this report is to review CLL to determine therapy access, clinical trial availability, incidence and mortality, and some aspects of the patient experience

CLL is the most common leukemia subtype among adults in North America. It is also more common in people of Russian and European descent than people of Chinese, Japanese or Southeast Asian descent. CLL appears to occur more frequently in the western world compared with other areas of the world.
