The Lymphoma Patient Charter defines a global standard for excellence in lymphoma care. Originally developed in 2017 and now updated to reflect advances in treatment, diagnostics, and advocacy, the Charter outlines clear, patient-centred principles aimed at improving outcomes and promoting equity in care delivery worldwide.
Grounded in insights from international patient organisations and data from the Global Patient Survey, the Charter supports shared decision-making, access to high-quality information, holistic support, and lifelong care. It sets out actionable standards for stakeholders across sectors, from advocacy and clinical care to research and policy development.
This updated version features an expanded focus on health equity, survivorship, and the integration of patient-reported outcomes. It is accompanied by practical resources to guide implementation in various settings.
