Policy & Advocacy: Driving Change Through Evidence and Action
Policy interventions and advocacy actions are fundamental to helping ensure that patients access the care, treatment and support they need regardless of where they live.
Lymphoma Coalition’s Policy & Advocacy work exists to transform evidence into action. Policies shape how care is delivered, and advocacy ensures the patient voice drives those decisions. By combining data, insights, and lived experiences, LC works to close equity gaps and influence healthcare systems to deliver timely, innovative, and patient-centred care.
This new section brings together a growing collection of policy and advocacy resources designed to make complex information more accessible, actionable, and impactful. From health expenditure insights to practical advocacy tools, these resources help patient organisations, policymakers, and healthcare professionals better understand how funding decisions, systemic barriers, and innovation policies directly affect people living with lymphoma and CLL.
Here, you will find:
- Data-driven insights from LC’s Global Health Expenditure report, showing how funding decisions shape access to diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes.
- Policy and advocacy resources to support evidence-based conversations with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Guides to effective advocacystrategies, from local community mobilisation to global systems change.
- Practical toolsto amplify patient voices and strengthen equitable access to innovation and care.
This work is guided by LC’s Strategic Plan 2025, which sets out the organisation’s priorities for achieving global equity in lymphoma outcomes. You can explore the full plan and its strategic priorities here.
Whether you are a patient advocate, policymaker, or healthcare professional, these tools will help you navigate complexities, influence change, and drive better outcomes for those affected by lymphoma.
